IFBB Pro – Certified Personal Trainer
Corrective Exercise Specialist
In 2012 I decided I needed a new challenge in life. So, I entered my first bodybuilding competition, not necessarily for the sake of competition, but out of the desire for new structure in my life. Surprisingly, after winning that first competition I began to wonder…What else could I do? Competing did more than help me gain structure in my own life. I began to realize the transformation in my life was an inspiration to my family, friends and others.
I continued to compete, and received my IFBB Pro card at the 2014 Pittsburgh Master Championship. I made my pro debut in 2015, and qualified for the 2016 Olympia after winning the Border State Championship in San Diego. I proudly made my Olympia debut in 2016.
I love using the spotlight as an opportunity to inspire others. The structure I’ve worked so hard to achieve has allowed me to find balance in my home life. I have an amazing and devoted husband, and I am the proud mom of a beautifully spirited autistic young man. Having a daily regimen is extremely important to me. I start each day off with foam rolling, meditation and prayer.
Currently, I’m working as a personal trainer at my studio in Corvallis, Oregon. It is my passion to help women to reach and conquer their goals.
